He started his first jwellary shop in Kolhapur at Gujari. Gujari is famous as golden paradise of Kolhapur. Mr. Bhasme sir was interested in Social activities also he is having various social contacts. He started his social work activities in 1985 at that time he became member of GIANTS groups of Kolhapur in the year 1993 to 2000 he worked on various post of federation council among them, 1993 he worked as a federation council director. From 1995 to 1999 worked as federation Vice President. In year 1999 federation President (District Governor). He was a member of Rotary International from 1997.

He worked on various post of federation council, from Ratnagiri to Nagpur. In federation there were 130 groups & 3500 were members. Mr. Bhasme Sir almost visited all the groups among his visit he came into contact with the various dignitaries. In the year of 2001 he was elected as special committee member of GIANTS International executive committee. He was in-charge of NANA CHUDA SAMA FELLOW (GIANTS RATNA). Award committee in this way Mr. Bhasme comes into contact with people.

In July 2003 GIANTS group of Kolhapur conducted seminar on study in Russia which covers information about various opportunities available in Russia for M.B.B.S. students, Mr. Bhasme Sir inspired from the seminar and VISHWA CONSULTANT has started their Consultancy to guide students for admission in various reputed universities in Russia. Along with Russia M.B.B.S.,VISHWA CONSULTANT step into the Merchant Navy. We have collaboration with SAILOR MARITIME ACADEMY. This academy aims at improving quality education training to seafarers to update their knowledge special skills to enable them to attain world class professional standards also provides pre-sea course are conducted deck-cadets, BSc. Nautical Science CIGNOU- DGCJ as well as education.
